Seth brings a unique, hands-on perspective to his role as progress reporter here at DBI. Having started his career as a general laborer, Seth has been a part of DBI since 2023. In his dual role, Seth bridges the gap between the job site and the homeowner. He serves as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and progress pictures throughout the entirety of their build. An East Tennessee native, Seth says what he enjoys most about his role is learning new things. When not on the clock, Seth likes to fish and spend time with his friends and family.

Chaunce is our in-house carpenter and has lived in Blount County his entire life. He’s been a part of DBI officially since December 2025, but he’s been a familiar face around here for several years. He’s been doing residential construction since graduating high school and has learned the trade inside and out. Chaunce says his favorite part of his job is its artistry – being able to step back at the end and see a job well done. Outside of work, Chaunce enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Isaiah joined DBI as our in-house estimator in November of 2025. He comes to East Tennessee from Southern California with a construction management associates degree. He’s worked in the construction industry for 2-3 years prior to joining DBI, and he got his start working around the house doing family projects. His favorite part of his estimating job is getting accurate and transparent estimates for our clients. In his free time, Isaiah enjoys spending time with his family.
