Most new construction homes come with some landscaping. Creating a beautiful landscape around your home takes planning and time. When viewing your landscape, determine where you have full sun and partial sun, and plant appropriately. Determine where you want to have more shade and consider fast-growing trees with a canopy. Create islands within your yard with winding paths and water features. With vision, planning, and a willingness to work hard (or hire it out) you can create a desirable landscape that will enhance the curb appeal of your home, and its desirability.
