Kitchen Renovation

Full Reno

In the simplest of terms, you’re getting a brand new kitchen with this package. It starts at $55k and includes brand new cabinets, new floors and trim, countertops, backsplash, recessed lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to finish it all off.

Layout Changes

Maybe you want to add a dishwasher. Maybe your fridge is in an awkward location. Maybe you’d love to add a window over your sink. Whatever it is, our Layout Change packages start at $65k and the sky is the limit in what we can do.

Blow Out the Walls

A functional kitchen is a necessity. It’s possible that your kitchen is simply not big enough to cater to your culinary skills and ambitions. If you have under-used space around your kitchen, there’s a good chance we can “blow out the walls” and open things up to expand your kitchen. Our Blow Out the Walls package starts at $80k and ends with a home friends won’t even recognize.

I know what package best fits my needs. Now what?

Bathroom Renovation

How much does it cost to remodel a bathroom in Maryville?

We would dare to say that the bathroom is the second most important room in the house, only being beat out by the kitchen by a small percentage. This is where you start and end every single day of your life. It can be a breath of fresh air, a welcome retreat, and perfect place to unwind after a long day.

We know that no two bathrooms are alike and everyone needs something a little different in order to make it that happy place for you and your family. Let’s dive into our packages and find exactly what it is your bathroom needs!

Full-Gut Reno

Our Full-Gut Reno package will replace everything. Starting at $25k, you’ll be enjoying a new shower and/or tub, new beautiful flooring, fresh paint, a brand new vanity, recessed lighting, and new plumbing fixtures. You’ll hardly recognize your bathroom when we’re done!

Layout Changes

Maybe you love the size of your bathroom, but you know there are ways the space could be better utilized. We’ll rip it down to the studs to do a complete full-gut reno and take care of any layout changes you’re dying to make. This package starts at $35k.

Blow Out the Walls

Need a bigger closet? Or a larger shower? Maybe there’s space around your current bathroom that would be better utilized by being absorbed into the bathroom. We love these puzzles of figuring out how to make the best use of your square footage.

This is our most custom package and starts at $55k. This includes moving the walls, layout changes, new tub/shower (so many options!), new flooring throughout, new walls and ceiling, brand new vanity, recessed lighting, and updated plumbing fixtures.

Where do we go from here?

Custom Home

What is our square foot price? We can tell you that in this current market, custom homes are averaging anywhere from $245-$275 per heated square foot and can occasionally be $300+ a square foot. This general price is just for the custom home and does not include the price for land.

Our square foot price is a question we get asked almost daily, and I personally don’t think that there is a fair answer. There is a ton of information needed to give an accurate price.

I love trucks so that’s the example I am going to use. What package do you want on it? XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited? We can take the same approach with a home: do you want to add hardie siding, some stone on the foundation, higher efficiency Heat/Air Unit, real hardwood floors, elegant quartz tops with high end cabinets? It’s based on what you are wanting and what works with your unique budget.

There are some items that will be decided by your land. We can do a slab foundation for less than we can do a basement. But an unfinished basement will drive up your square foot price, because instead of spending 25k on a foundation you are spending 75k on a basement. If you decide to finish the basement, it is more money up front but it will lower the overall square foot price. Some of the items we look at when looking at your land are: do we have to clear the land? Is the drive way 30 or 200 feet? How long is the water line running? How is the soil? Can we do a traditional septic or is it on city sewer? All of this things will affect your per square foot price.

It isn’t fair for us to give you a square foot price blindly and give you an unrealistic price on your biggest investment without knowing what you want or any detail of your property. Building your home should be a fun and enjoyable experience with realistic expectations.
