We had the project bid by a total of 4 companies. One company didn’t want to put their estimate in writing, one company was 30% more expensive, and one company couldn’t start on the project for approximately 4 months. Adam was very impressive from the initial consultation: he listened to our ideas, put together a plan, and we were left with a basement that turned out exactly the way we had imagined. And perhaps most importantly for anyone who has ever dealt with a construction project: it came in right on budget! Everyone on the project was so pleasant to work with and incredibly hard-working. Everyone showed up like clockwork and I don’t remember a single instance where there were any delays with any aspect of construction.
